I just reached out again to Creations from the Heart to send an arrangement to a friend for her birthday. It was a last minute decision and somehow Linda got it done and delivered...I figured I was too late to make it happen...but she came through and the arrangement was gorgeous...my friend was so happy. Thank you!

Local, helpful, friendly, beautiful! I had ordered some azaleas for my aunt online. I recieved a call within an hour or so to inform me that the azaleas were passed bloom. Not only did they find another plantable gift for me, but they let me know that if I could spare another day, it would be beautiful! I was suprised to see my new gift in an adorable planter! Actually, my aunt always wanted a planter like this (bonus)! I love the free local delivery, and that they email you a picture of the exact gift they send! Wonderful local business!

Linda was very helpful, patient and sympathetic in answering my questions and helping me select an arrangement for a funeral service. The flowers were lovely and very much appreciated by family and friends.

I can't praise Creations From the Heart Florist more! Five stars aren't enough. I called rather late in the afternoon, after an idea came to me for my mother and father's thirtieth anniversary. The issue at hand is that my father passed away five years ago. I knew my mother was taking the date hard. However, I didn't think of flowers until later. I first called another florist in Mishawaka, one I'd used for years. When I asked if flowers could be delivered that day in Mishawaka, the answer was no. I said thank you and tried Creations From the Heart. The woman, I wish I had written down her name, on the phone was so sweet. She said, "well, it depends." She listened to my story and promised me that the flowers would be delivered. My mother was overjoyed and the arrangement is spectacular. I highly recommend Creations From the Heart for all your floral needs!

I have been using Creations From The Heart for several years to send flowers to my Grandma. I live out of state but she lives nearby. Their customer service is top-notch. They always call me if there is an issue of they have a question about the order. Their bouquets are stunning. Sometimes I leave ordering to the last minute so substitutions need to be made but the flowers always turn out beautiful. Creations From The Heart will always be my go to florist.

I live in Maryland and was looking for a florist that would deliver to Liverpool NY. I called and easily ordered flowers for my friend. I wanted only roses, since they were cat safe. This florist easily accommodated my request. The flowers were beautiful. She sent me a photo of the arrangement. My friend absolutely loved the flowered and they brightened her day. The customer service was excellent.

Outstanding, I will admit, Creations From the Heart wasn't my first choice. I don't live in the area and I wasn't very familiar with the local florists. After ordering flowers elsewhere after 2 days I was informed they couldn't fulfill my order after they had already charged me. I then dug a little deeper to find a local florist in the Baldwinville area. Within hours Creations From the Heart had delivered my flowers. Very affordable and easy communication, not to mention they didn't charge my debit card until the flowers were delivered. I would definitely recommend Creations From the Heart.

I truly cannot say enough about Creations From the Heart Florist. During one of the most emotional times in our lives, the owner showed a level of compassion and care that we will never forget. My grandmother was in her final days bravely fighting cancer, and we had something very specific we wanted her to enjoy. She went completely out of her way to find exactly what we requested, making sure every detail was just right. It wasn’t just about flowers — it was about bringing comfort, beauty, and a little bit of joy during such a difficult time. Because of her incredible kindness and her commitment to making everything perfect, there was no question who we would trust for the funeral flowers. If you knew my grandmother, you knew how much she loved flowers — they were such a huge part of her life. The arrangements beautifully reflected that love and honored her in the most meaningful way. We are forever grateful for the care, empathy, and heart that went into everything.
